These Terms govern your use of the network sites slavin.pro, slavin.ai, slavin.org.il, slatech.co.il, slatech.ru (the "Sites"), owned by SLAtech LTD, Israel (reg. no. 515518926). By using the Sites you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Services and content

The Sites present the Company's IT and AI consulting and development services and related materials. Information on the Sites is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty or professional (legal, financial or investment) advice unless expressly stated. Specific service terms are set out in a separate agreement.

2. No guarantee of results

Materials and consultations are provided "as is". The Company applies professional effort but does not guarantee any specific commercial, technical or other outcome, as it depends on factors beyond our control.

3. User obligations

You agree to: provide accurate information; not disrupt the operation or security of the Sites; and not use the Sites for unlawful purposes, spam, unauthorised automated data collection or infringement of third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, design, logos, code, images) is owned by the Company or used lawfully and is protected by law. Copying, reproduction or use without the Company's written permission is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law or by the Company.

5. Third-party links

The Sites may contain links to third-party resources. The Company does not control them and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damage arising from use of or inability to use the Sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

The Company may amend these Terms and Site content at any time. The current version is published on the Sites.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts at the Company's place of business, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
