About Emil Slavin

Emil Slavin is an independent AI and IT architect. He acts as the architecture decision owner for systems where failure has regulatory, clinical, financial or national consequences.

He has over 20 years of experience designing enterprise, government and healthcare systems, including national-scale healthcare platforms and large enterprise systems serving tens of thousands of users.

He does not sell software or implementation services. His work focuses on architecture decisions, governance, risk control and long-term system survivability.

When his architectural recommendations are followed, he considers himself responsible for system behavior in production. If high-risk decisions are taken against professional judgment, he disengages from the project.
